We conduct a variety of technical skill tests with both indegeneous tools and third party tools for skills like coding, programming, UX-UI and Graphics designing etc.

Knowledge based Tests

Candidates are tested based on their awareness of certain technology, skill-sets, project delivery methodologies, domain expertise, experience and on custom requirements as stated by the clients.

Aptitude and IQ Tests

Prospects are tested on their IQ, Problem Solving, and Scenario based responses

Behavioral Tests

We also test potential candidates for their culture match with the client’s organisation and to check on features such as their ability to work under pressure, response to situations, loyalty, career aspirations, leadership skills and the ability to be a team player.

Communication Skills Tests

A prospect is also tested on the communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to articulate complex information concisely. Their presentation skills are also checked for certain job roles.

Background verification – This is extremely essential and may vary based on client and domain. However this generally includes a thorough check of their-

  1. Past career experience – appointment letters, relieving letters, salary slips/payslips, bank statements, x-HR Confirmations etc.
  2. Medical History- Disability test, Drug abuse test etc.
  3. Legal History- Involvement, Convictions and Acquittal in legal scenarios.
  4. Connections and Referrals- general behaviour verifications and feedbacks and associations with groups and fraternities etc.
